Please submit photos of damaged orders to hello@rhythmnhues.com for quick support. We will replace damaged or incorrect orders from the last 30 days. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@rhythmnhues.com

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo showing the damage or error
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

We will replace or refund any damaged or incorrect orders reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

Custom-Size Fine Art Prints

Custom-size fine art prints are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:

  • They arrive damaged during shipping, or

  • There is an error in the order for which Rhythm & Hues is responsible.

In those cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
